Kim Kardashian West is pregnant! Expecting baby no 2 with Kanye West.

After months of trying to get pregnant and give North a sibling, she is finally pregnant and we are all so excited for her. Kim revealed that she's expecting her second child in the tease following the mid-season finale of Keeping up with the Kardashians. After hearing the exciting and superb news from her doctor, she excitedly told Khloe Kardashian saying,
      "I just got the blood test back, and i am Pregnant!"
