Kendall and Kylie Jenner to Trademark their names

If you had plans to name your future children Kylie or Kendall, you might want to consider something else. Especially if you think he or she is going to have a predilection for acting/entertainment/fashion/posing naked and becoming a viral sensation. They filed for several trademarks on their respective monikers last month. Kylie is attempting to trademark both her full name for use on items like tote bags and such, as well as just "Kylie" for "entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture; entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a celebrity, actress and model." Back in August, the 17-year-old filed to trademark "Kylie's Lip Kit ... for The Perfect Pout," so you might want to rethink your poorly made plans for starting a business based around the masochistic.
