A twin bomb explosion have been reported this morning in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital. The twin blasts, which occured at Phase 1 Eid praying ground was reportedly detonated by a female suicide bomber.
Casualty figures could not be ascertained at the moment as emergency teams are said to be evacuating corpses from the blast scene at the moment.
